Absolutely love their Hibachi. In my opinion it's the best fried rice I've found out here. The staff have always been kind and respectful towards guests. I'll continue to visit as long as everything continues as it's been.

I ordered the sushi platter with the 7 fish pieces and California roll. The majority of the fish pieces weren't trimmed properly and were very difficult to eat. The calamari rings tasted fake. They were the size of onion rings. The hibachi meals were good, but were very small for almost $19 each. I expected more quality for the money.

The food in general was great, the service was great, the way they packaged it for us was also great. Complaints would be that the seafood sauce was very watered down, and the other huge issue with us was portion size, specifically with the rice, salad and veggies. Especially the rice portion, when we go to a Japanese restaurant and eat in, they give you an entire bowl of the rice, we each had like 3 tbsp full, if that.

Food was delicious! However, this is the 2nd time that we used the Beyond Menu service to order food from Fujiyama's. Both times I showed up well after the projected pick-up time (this time 20 minutes later), and both times the order had not even been started until I got there. The person at the front counter did not even know about the order until I came in to pick it up. I don't believe anyone there is monitoring the system for new orders through this system; they only seem to go by phone orders. I would recommend that Fujiyama NOT offer online ordering options if they are not going to properly train their team to take orders that way. It is a VERY frustrating customer experience.

The menu was missing an ingredient that came with my sushi roll that I normally order none of, so that was disappointing. It was ok, I'll know for next time.
